Two injured in R34 head-on collision

The exact cause of the collision is still unclear at this stage and will remain subjective to police investigations.

Two people were injured after a bakkie and a truck collided head-on, on the R34 Memel Road on August 22.

According to a statement by KwaZulu Private Ambulance on social media, paramedics rushed to the scene where they found two injured patients.

One patient had sustained serious injuries, while the second patient sustained moderate injuries.”

Both patients were treated on scene before being transported to hospital for further medical care.
