People are in shock after a foetus was found in a dustbin in Alexandra Street today (August 19).

It is alleged that a beggar scavenging for food in the dustbin got the shock of his life when he saw the tiny lifeless body, covered in plastic.
Police and Public Safety responded to the scene.
