uThukela battles major pipe bursts in CBD
The community is urged to be patient while workers address the situation
uThukela has issued a statement that there are three major burst pipes in the CBD this morning (July 23) and their teams are attending to the issue.
The community is expected to experience water supply interruptions as a result.

A spokesperson for uThukela added that urgent repairs to a 600mm diameter steel pipe are being done in Ezakheni, which is likely to affect the water supply in Section A, B and D.
