Robbers target cash-in-transit vehicle near Ezakheni
The van on fire in the roadway bore testimony to the brazen crime
A cash-in-transit heist took place this evening (June 24) between Ezakheni and Ekuvukeni.
Explosives were used to blow up and gain access to a G4S vehicle.
It appears at this stage that no one was injured in the incident.

Police responded to the scene, but no arrests have yet been made.
