Family assaulted by robbers
A case of house robbery has been opened for investigation
A house robbery took place in Protea Drive last night (November 6).
It is alleged that five armed men forced their way into a home, where they threatened the family at gunpoint.
Cash, cellphones, jewellery and a pistol was taken.
After allegedly assaulting the victims, the suspects stole the family’s vehicle and made their getaway. Police later recovered the car in Marula Drive.

Residents are urged to take precautionary measures to prevent being robbed in their own homes, and to contact the police immediately if you notice any suspicious individuals or activity in your neighbourhood.
