ATKV helps to keep the needy warm in winter
10 active members in the AKTV group help different charities in the area to raise funds for the needy.
Those who go through winter without warm clothes were provided with some relief last week when a group of ATKV members distributed clothing from Dundee Bowling Club.
The club is across the road from the hospital, so there is a lot of foot traffic in the mornings…
Dougie Slabbert and his ATKV members used the opportunity to allow those in need to choose two items from a variety of jackets and clothing available.
Those who benefited from the generous gesture said they were grateful for the second-hand clothes they received.
