MK leads the race in Endumeni
The ANC's support has dropped markedly in the Endumeni district.
MK is leading the party in Endumeni from results garnered from the latest available results.
Of the results counted the newly formed party took 3910 votes followed by the IFP 1526, the DA 1312 and the ANC 993.
Unconfirmed reports suggested MK won 22 of the 25 voting stations in the Endumeni district.
In KZN, the MK leads the race to control the legislature from the ANC with just over 7,2% of votes counted, MK has 42% of the vote, the ANC 21% and the IFP 15%.
