Flotek golf day flows with success on the Dundee greens

The evening ended with South African entertainer and singer Gerhard Supra in fine voice, backed up by 'guest star' Kallie Roets, who was widely applauded for his rendition of Neil Diamond's 'Sweet Caroline'.

Dundee Country Club hosted another successful golf day, with 110 players participating in fine weather conditions.
The committee and members thank Kallie and Lisa Roets and their team for another great competition. Flotek would like to thank all their sponsors for the fabulous prizes given to the winners. A word of thanks also goes to all the players who took part, Linda and her staff for the halfway house, the Country Club staff for their hard work during the day, and to Pinky Chetty for the supper. The longest drive on no. 5 was hit by Kevin Donaldson, who also had a two-club on the 18th.
The winners on 49 points were Dawie Greef of Nelspruit and Oliver Fouche of Johannesburg, with the local father-and-son team of Sibusiso and Ayanda Mthembu coming second.
Another father-and-son team, Henk and Pierre Booysen, were also among the prize winners.
