Sexual offence case remanded for trial at Dundee Regional Court
The case dates back in January 2022
A large crowd attended the court proceedings at the Dundee Magistrate’s Court where Pascal Manyathela (38) a former policeman, appeared on two counts of sexual assault of a minor.
He allegedly committed the offence at his residence in Dundee on January 2022.
Manyathela was only arrested on May 16, 2023.
After the magistrate, Mr Mthembu read out all the evidence the case was remanded to August 3 in the Dundee Regional Court for his next court appearance.
The accused is to be in custody at the Ladysmith Correctional Centre.
