In the address, President Cyril Ramaphosa will set out the government’s key policy objectives and deliverables for the year ahead, flag challenges, and outline interventions to unlock our nation’s potential.
We asked Courier readers on Facebook to pose one question to the President. It appears as if readers are sceptical and do not have much that this year’s SONA will deliver.
While President Ramaphosa may have garnered sympathy during the Covid-19 lockdown and for his frequent ‘My fellow South Africans” television appearances, that appears to have also worn thin.

When will you stop cadre deployment and bring forth qualified people for the job???
When can we expect the government to forget about politics and perhaps start with proper governance? As in, start fulfilling their roles and doing their jobs?
