Top bowlers to converge on Dundee this weekend
A number of Protea bowlers will be playing and this is an ideal opportunity for spectators to witness some first class bowling.
The Dundee and Newcastle Bowling Clubs will be hosting the annual KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) quadrangular bowls tournament this weekend.
The provincial teams from the four KZN bowling districts (Port Natal, Natal Inland, Kingfisher and KZNCB) will do battle to determine the champion of the KZN District before they all play in the South African Independent in March.
A number of Protea bowlers will be playing and this is an ideal opportunity for spectators to witness some first class bowling.
128 men and 128 women will be playing in Newcastle and Dundee respectively. Members of the public are welcome to come along to the bowls club on Coronation/McKenzie Street (opposite the hospital) and witness some top bowls!
