Santaco instils confidence in learners by donating school uniforms

The aim is to improve learners’ confidence among their peers, which in turn helps their performance in the classroom.

The South African National Tax Council (Santaco) in the Zululand District conducted a school outreach programme at the Cecil Emmet Hall on Thursday.
Speakers from different departments like the SAPS, AbaQulusi Local Municipality, CPF, Lifeline and representatives from Santaco took the podium.
This programme is composed of 11 regions in the Zululand District. These regions identify schoolchildren who are in need and buy them school uniforms. The children who were identified were accompanied by their educators to receive their uniforms. The aim is to improve learners’ confidence among their peers, which in turn helps their performance in the classroom.
Mr Zwane, who is the chairperson of Santaco in Zululand, thanked all who made the day a success.
