One person sustained minor injuries after two vehicles collided on Victoria Road at the entrance to the Amajuba Mall on Monday afternoon.
According to Jan-Henk van Vuuren of Magenta Medical Services, the occupants of both the vehicles escaped uninjured. However, a woman who was walking was struck by one of the vehicles.
“She sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for further care,” he said.
The exact cause of the collision is still unclear and will remain subjective to further police investigations.
