Winning the titles of Mr & Miss Sarel Cilliers

Last year's winners gave congratulatory speeches, with much encouragement and praise.

Sarel Cilliers High School staged a modelling event on Thursday evening, August 18.
The audience and judges witnessed the ceremony, with the latter having to decide on who to crown Mr & Miss Sarel 2022.
19 contestants participated in the event, performing incredibly well and boasting with impressive looks.
The guests were impressed and all had positive comments to make about the contestants.
The programme directors brought so much positive energy to the occasion, resulting in an amazing function.
The principal and deputy principal also graced the event with their presence.
Two of the contestants, along with another six learners in uniform, sang beautifully on stage, showing off their singing talents.
One of the six recited a lovely poem during the song.
The competition was described as ‘tough’ by the programme directors, who also had their turn on-stage.
A selection of first princes and princesses, as well as second princes and princesses were announced by Mr Soobramoney before the final selection was made.
Those in attendance were more than happy to congratulate Simuphiwe Sikhakhane and Nothile Mpungose on winning the Mr & Miss Sarel 2022 titles. Last year’s winners gave congratulatory speeches, with much encouragement and praise.
Ms Maree spoke words of gratitude to close the event.
“I would like to thank the principal for allowing this event to take place,” she said with a smile.
