Reunions are daunting to say the least, as one never knows to what to expect when friends see each other again after 30 years. On Saturday, the Vryheid High School matric group of 1992 celebrated their 30-year reunion on the school’s sports field. The afternoon was filled with laughter and catching up with old classmates, teachers and friends. The ‘do you still remember’ moments took the group back to when they were only 18 years old, care-free and young. They took a walk through the school to spark those memories from years ago. It was a weekend to remember and the flames of old friendships were once again ignited…
