The blood donation drive will be held at the Boulevard Centre today from 10 pm to 4 pm.
You can assist the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) boost their blood stocks by donating a pint of your life-saving blood today (August 30).
Who can donate blood?
• You must be 16 years or older.
• You must weigh 50 kilograms or more.
• You must lead a sexually safe lifestyle.
• You must have a meal prior to donating blood.
• You must become a regular donor.
Ensure that you are well-hydrated and have eaten a meal before donating.
