Sarel Cilliers boys excel at South African Wrestling Championships
Siyamthemba fought valiantly to secure a silver and then gold in the 55kg category, winning the first gold for Glencoe in this division.
Last week saw Sarel Cilliers learners returning to school for term 3.
Many of the children had busy holidays playing sport.
Leonard Kruger and Siyamthemba Zulu took part in the South African Wrestling Championships. Leonard achieved two bronze medals in the 74-77kg U/19 category, while Siyamthemba fought valiantly to secure a silver and then gold in the 55kg category, winning the first gold for Glencoe in this division.
