Police rushed to Delhi Road this morning (July 27) after a man allegedly tried to break into an outhouse.
A woman who was in the outbuilding at the time said she saw someone approaching her with a huge knife and ran out screaming for help from people who were standing in the road.
“I was terrified, as I was alone in the yard,” said the woman.

Businessmen across the road ran to her aid after hearing the screams and managed to catch the suspect.
The man was arrested when police arrived at the scene and is currently in custody.
