Drakensberg Boys Choir sings for former president

The Drakensberg Boys Choir School’s Parents Association (DPA) was extremely grateful to have the opportunity to arrange for the boys to sing for former president Thabo Mbeki on the occasion of his 80th birthday.

This was made possible with the assistance of one of the parents, Thulani Ntuli.

The boys performed for Mbeki at his residence and were hosted for tea at the Thabo Mbeki Foundation on June 27.

It was a huge honour for the boys, parents and staff to meet the former president and share this auspicious occasion with him.
