Richmond duo takes the prize
The father and son were victorious in the Saturday Better-Ball competition
Estcourt Golf Club hosted a sponsored Better-Ball competition on Saturday (July 9).
The father-and-son combination of Geoff and Ethan Richmond took first position on 46 points. Well played to both of them.
Owen Mcluckie and Ian Marx were second on 45 points on a count-out over Harry Koovarjee and his partner, Sam Sewsunker.
Mayur Baboolal carded two-clubs on hole no. 12 and 16, with Connor Brown also notching up a two-club on 12.
Harry and Sam won the jackpot prize on 12 points, while Bruce Marx was nearest to the pin for two on the tough 18th hole.
The Friday Hypercellars competition was won by Seo Mtetwa.
