Chef serves up TV success

Zibusiso 'Chef Linda' Mnikathi was a guest on Homegrown Tastes South Africa recently.

From being listed by GQ magazine as one of the top five South African chefs to watch in 2021, to an invite to participate in Ethekwini Municipality’s Flavours of Durban, Zibusiso ‘Chef Linda’ Mnikathi continues to follow his passion.

Most recently, he was featured on Homegrown Tastes South Africa with chef and personality, Lorna Maseko.

“To be on television has been my dream from a very young age, so today, when I see my dreams coming to pass, it’s a cherry on top of the cake…” commented Chef Linda.

In his younger years, the Madadeni-born chef aspired to be a chartered accountant. It was about 10 years ago when his passion for cooking was ignited – and continues to ‘burn inside like fire’.

With the flames of consistency, passion and perseverance, Chef Linda keeps serving up successes.
