Tavern robbed in Murchison Street

The robbers pretended to be customers and then pulled out guns

A tavern in Murchison Street was robbed today (July 14). 

Three men entered, pretending to be customers. 

The suspects pulled out firearms and ordered the staff to lie on the ground. 

The men fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police responded to the scene.

The business owner commented that he is grateful no one was injured in the ordeal and he hopes the police will apprehend the culprits.
