Vehicles are being diverted at the Colita /Forderville intersection while officials attempt to clear the scene.
Water disruptions have been plaguing several areas in Papkuilsfontein, Colita, Forderville and Rensburgdrift for several weeks.
Vandalism and theft at the pump station in Dahlia Road yesterday (July 12) has worsened the situation, with the district municipality in the process of assessing the damage.
