A crash took place today (June 28) at the intersection of the Pieters road and Helpmekaar Road.
A light motor vehicle smashed into the back of a heavy motor vehicle that was pulling a trailer.
The driver and one of the passengers in the car were injured. They were stabilised at the scene and then taken to hospital for further medical treatment.
