Hospice concludes successful palliative care training
The training ended with a certificate presentation and graduation ceremony
The Estcourt Hospice Association recently trained 15 healthcare workers, who undertook an ‘Introduction to Palliative Care’ course.
A certificate presentation and graduation ceremony was held on June 13.
“The training is made possible with the continuous support from the Department of Health, partnering with Hospice to provide palliative care in our community and also train the department’s healthcare professionals and caregivers,” explained Estcourt Hospice Association CEO Rena Licen.
