Proud to dress up as their daddies for Father’s Day

The 'best dressed' winners were Anchén Smit, Emihle Buthelezi, Siphiwokuhle Buthelezi, Luthando Zwane and Lou Cilliers.

Glencoe Primary School’s Foundation Phase learners were all eager and enthusiastic to dress up in honour of Father’s Day.
All the children put in a lot of effort to look like their dads.
However, there were a few who went the extra mile and really stood out.
The ‘best dressed’ winners were Anchén Smit, Emihle Buthelezi, Siphiwokuhle Buthelezi, Luthando Zwane and Lou Cilliers.
The Foundation Phase learners also sold raffle tickets to raise funds for the phase.
The following children won gift hampers as a special surprise for their dads on Father’s Day:
Unesu Zincume (Grade 2S), Lubanzi Zulu (Grade 1G) and Nkazimulo Bucibo (Grade 3S).
The three pupils who worked extra hard to sell out their raffle forms and are now the lucky winners of Wimpy vouchers are: first place – Unesu Zincume, second place – Shehzaad Hoffese, and third place – Leoney Olivie.
To the parents and family members who helped the learners sell their raffle tickets, thank you for your effort, time and hard work.
Thanks also to the generous sponsors for their continued support.
The sponsors are: Mr and Mrs Chunder from Montagu, Mr and Mrs Murdey from Wimpy, Nirren Sukram from Ashish’s Auto Clinic, and Mr and Mrs Rajkumar from Accounting Solutions.
