Senior citizens work up a real sweat for Youth Day

Youth Day was all about ‘fun in the sun’ for Ogogo base Sithembile members, who did aerobics in Ward 3 on Thursday.
According to Cllr Sibusiso Mbatha, senior citizens are the backbone of communities. “We are who we are today because of the youth of 1976 and because of our grandparents’ blood, sweat and tears. Therefore we cannot commemorate this day without giving thanks to them for their constant support and life lessons,” said Cllr Mbatha.
