Family in need after house fire –

Newcastle dentist, Dr Larika Robb is appealing to the community to help Lindiwe Mashazi and her grandchildren. The family lost everything in a house fire on Protea Avenue on Monday (June 13).

She is completely devastated and in shock. She does not have insurance. Her two grandchildren, a girl (9) and a boy (10) were at school when the fire started and are safe, but they literally lost all of their clothes and belongings.”

Dr Robb, Wendy Hsiao and Anel Potgieter have agreed to use their offices as drop-off locations for donations. Residents can contribute clothing, blankets, food and any other essential items to the destitute family.
