Fun-filled sports day at Tiny Tots Daycare

The morning finished off with a feast of juice, chips and sweets.

In perfect weather, the little ones at Tiny Tots Daycare were in good spirits and ready to impress their classmates at the daycare’s first-ever sports day.
The day was filled with fun and excitement, with loads of enthusiasm from all the pupils and teachers.
This special event was organised by school principal Amanda Els, alongside Nomcebo Khanyile (Miss Durban 2021 title holder).
“This is our first sports day and I believe that sport can help children grow in many ways, including working in a team and improving physical skills such as balance and co-ordination,” said the principal.
As part of Nomcebo’s community outreach programme, she chose to host a fun-filled day for the children at Tiny Tots, as they had never had a sports day before.
“I came wearing my sash, as I want children to know that being a beauty queen is not only about walking in heels on the runway, but is also about getting down and dirty in the name of fun, as we’re doing today,” said Nomcebo.
She also explained that she is planning to host Tiny Tots Daycare’s first beauty pageant for the children at a later stage.
The morning finished off with a feast of juice, chips and sweets.
