Double blessing for Phumelelani Primary
Learners were in for a treat, thanks to two local donors
The learners and parents / guardians of Phumelelani Primary were showered with gifts recently in the form of an absolute schooling necessity, ie school uniforms.
The learners were grateful to be blessed by ‘angels who walk on this earth’, Mr WB Maphanga (principal of Mpumelelo High School) and Mr Sam (business owner), for making such a generous donation.
“A child who is well clothed exudes confidence not only internally and externally, but also shining through in their academics,” said Phumelelani Primary School principal Mrs ES Mbele.
The parents / guardians were most grateful that people from Estcourt are giving back to the community.
They said these donations had lifted a huge weight off their shoulders, knowing their children will be wearing good-quality school uniforms in the days to come.
