The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) celebrated its 21st birthday on May 4. To mark this milestone, a blood drive was organised by the Grade 11 Blood Peer Promoters at St Dominics Newcastle.

The blood drive took place at the school’s hall. The campaign was said to have been well supported by staff and learners, who were committed to doing their part to save lives!
