Another fun-filled community market is scheduled for this coming Saturday (May 7).
Whether you’re looking for a last-minute Mother’s Day gift or simply something special for yourself, you are bound to find it at the Mother’s / Young Entrepreneurs Day Market.
This event will take place at the Estcourt Methodist Church in Victoria Street from 09:00 until 14:00.
Organiser Sherlene Gericke had an idea to host a market that would encourage young entrepreneurs to try their hand at selling their goods to the public at a community market. Unfortunately, the response was not as enthusiastic as she had hoped.

But we can still expect all the usual market goodies, which range from food to face painting, gifts to gourmet treats, and crafts to cakes.
So be sure to pop in at the market and support local talent.
