Sergeant Mabaso visits schools and crèche

Sergeant Mabaso from the Social Crime Section of the SAPS visited schools and a crèche in the Ladysmith area last week.

She brought along lunchboxes and other gifts for the learners.

Sgt Mabaso first visited Buhlebezwe Primary School in the Roosboom area. There, she addressed the children about sexual harassment, kidnapping and substance abuse.

She then went to Sizanokuhle Crèche in the Tsakane area, where she sensitized the little ones about bullying.

All the children were given gifts for being active participants in the programme.

The excited learners listened attentively to what they were being told, and the principals were thankful to Sergeant Mabaso for the informative and educational visit.
