Rainy weather conditions expected this weekend

This morning (April 14) was bright and sunny… However, wet and rainy weather is expected again this coming Easter long weekend. 

Saturday’s forecast predicts a minimum of 11 degrees and a maximum of just 16, with an 80% chance of rain.

For Sunday, the weather services expect a chilly maximum of only 14 degrees Celsius, along with a minimum of 10. There is again an 80% chance of rain falling from the heavens.

The Drakensberg mountains are currently covered with snow, adding to the chill factor.
