SAPS needs help locating suspected thief –
Do you know the whereabouts of Pedro Musera?
Local police are requesting the assistance of the community to determine Musera’s current location.
Lizzy Arumugam, from the Newcastle SAPS Corporate Communications office, explained that Musera was accused of stealing goods from a retail store outlet at the Taxi City centre on January 21.
He was arrested and then released on bail, with instructions to appear in court at a later date. However, added Arumugam, Musera missed his scheduled court appearance and a warrant for his arrest has since been issued.
Musera has failed to appear in court, she added, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
It is believed he lives in Madadeni or Osizweni, but the address he supplied when he was arrested was fictitious.”
