Senior citizens meet up to stay mentally and physically healthy

They are also sponsored with goodies from the Dannhauser Community Aid & Upliftment organisation.

A total of 15 members from Siphuthando Club, who are pensioners from Koppie Allen Farm, meet once a month to pick up their medication from Durnacol Clinic.

On this day, they get to play sports, pray and sing.

They are also sponsored with goodies from the Dannhauser Community Aid & Upliftment organisation. Fathima Desai from the organisation said that the purpose of these meetings is to maintain mental health as well as engage in sporting activities to keep fit.
