Girl Guides take a strong stance against bias

The Girl Guides spread awareness at the school assembly, where they spoke about how bias affects women

Sifisosethu Girl Guides took the initiative to stand up and join the #StopBias campaign.

This was done in conjunction with Girl Guides from around the world on International Woman’s Rights Day.

They pointed out how it makes women feel inferior and makes them dependent on men.

It also hinders women from ‘breaking the silence’ when they are being abused, because they feel that no one will support them emotionally and financially.

By shedding light on the issue, the girls instilled confidence in many, who can now stand up and proudly proclaim #StopBias.
