A hotel in the Stilwater area was robbed this morning (March 24). Three men allegedly went into the hotel and pretended that they wanted accommodation. They then overpowered the receptionist, tied her up and held her at gunpoint while demanding cash. The robbers fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. The receptionist was taken to hospital and is severely traumatised after her ordeal. Police are currently at the scene. Police believe that the suspects may also be linked to a robbery at the mini-supermarket in eMondlo yesterday.
