Vryheid Athletic Club (VAC) athletes had a good time trial this past Thursday and followed it up with a delicious bring ‘n braai. It’s nice to connect with everyone and hear how things are going! Our winning Meatmaster vouchers for the time trial were handed out, and congratulations go to Bongani, Melissa and Robert. Please remember that you need to participate at least twice a month to become eligible if you want to win the vouchers. Every time you take part in a time trial, you earn a point which could see you winning the title at the end of the year at prize-giving. Time trials happen every Thursday at 17:30 from the VAC clubhouse. See you there!
