Nine people were injured in a crash this evening (March 2) in Harrismith Road.
A taxi and a double cab were involved in the accident.
Officials at the scene said that the taxi was dropping off passengers when the collision with the double cab occurred.
The double cab flipped over and the driver was lucky to escape injury.
ER24, Ladysmith SAPS and towing services responded to the scene.

Some of the injured passengers were rushed to hospital.
