Two trucks crashed and caught alight in the early hours of this morning (February 10) at Van Reenen. It is believed that one of the trucks side-swiped the other one.
The N3 northbound carriageway heading towards Johannesburg is currently closed as clean-up operations take place. The southbound lanes are open to traffic.

Motorists are advised to delay travelling on this route until the road is clear.
Fire-fighters were on scene and extinguished the blaze.
