Armed robbery and attempted murder: A taxi owner was shot in the face outside Boxer Supermarket in the early hours of Monday morning after a cash loan company was robbed of a substantial amount of money. The taxi owner gave chase and was shot in McKenzie Street by four occupants in a red Honda Ballard with GP registration plates. The injured driver was taken to Dundee Hospital in a serious condition, with gunshot wounds to the face.
