Vryheid Landbou has 100% pass rate

Class of 2021' met the minimum requirements for admission to a Bachelor's degree

Vryheid Landbou started the new school year on a high note. The staff arrived back on the 12th, and work immediately commenced. The Management Body of Learners for 2022 left for Matatane River Lodge for an outdoor education-and leadership camp. The learners were given the opportunity to bond with each other while learning life skills. The camp was a great experience and lots of fun was had by all.

When the school officially opened, we welcomed back old students, but one could not miss the many new faces – some excited, some nervous and some clueless as to what to expect at the new school.

Vryheid Landbou’s focus this year will be to stamp out all forms of bullying in our school, and we welcome all new learners to our Landbou family. We are grateful that our school’s learner numbers have increased by 10% from 2021.

We also welcome two new educators, Mrs Cronk and Ms Nkosi, who will be teaching and assisting in the language department.

To top all of the excitement, Landbou was blessed with a 100% pass rate; 67% of our ‘Class of 2021’ met the minimum requirements for admission to a Bachelor’s degree. We are so proud of the ‘Class of 2021’. You did us proud!
