DUNDEE KZN: Give love this February donate blood

You can assist the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) boost their blood stocks by donating a pint of your life-saving blood today (February 1) at Sarel Cilliers High School.

The love month is upon us,  start  February by giving life and donate blood.

By donating blood, you can save up to three lives. This January, there’s plenty of opportunities for you to donate in Endumeni.

You can assist the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) boost their blood stocks by donating a pint of your life-saving blood today (February 1) at Sarel Cilliers High School.

Who can donate blood?
• You must be 16 years or older.
• You must weigh 50 kilograms or more.
• You must lead a sexually safe lifestyle.
• You must have a meal prior to donating blood.
• You must become a regular donor.

Ensure that you are well-hydrated and have eaten a meal before donating.

The time for clinics are: Dundee – 1pm to 6:30pm Glencoe – 1pm to 6:30pm Malls – 10am to 4pm Hospitals – 10am to 3pm.
