The patients were rushed to hospital by emergency services

Four people were injured in a motor vehicle accident along the R103 early this morning (January 24).

The occupants of the vehicle were on their way to work from a village in the Kleinfontein area. There was also a seven-year-old child in the car who was going to be dropped off at school by family members.

It is alleged that the driver lost control and veered off the roadway. The car overturned and all four occupants were injured in the accident.
