The water level reading at Qedusizi Dam this morning was 10.6m
The low-lying areas of the Ladysmith CBD are still under water, but the water level is slowly dropping.
The areas that have been affected are closed off and motorists are using one route to get into town, which is past the Indoor Sports Complex.
Motorists are advised to remain off the roads that are flooded.

A water level reading was taken at Qedusizi Dam this morning (January 18) at 07:00. The reading stood at 10.6m.
