Volkies welcomes Ms Magudulela as a student teacher and wishes her all the best with her studies.

Volksrust High School welcomes new student teacher, Nicole Magudulela.

She is an old Volksrust High School learner, who matriculated in 2015.

Nicole described herself as being very ambitious, courageous, well-balanced, and passionate about learning new things.

“For the past five years I worked at a local law firm as as legal secretary. During this time I also studied for my Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) through Unisa,” she explained.

“I however, had a change of heart regarding my degree, when I started tutoring primary school learners in Afrikaans First Additional Language. This rekindled my love for all things teaching.”

During her school years, Nicole participated in both hockey and cheerleading teams.

This led her to complete coaching and umpiring courses in netball.

“I always do something that I am ‘a little not ready to do’. I think that’s how I grow.”

Marietjie Steyn, of the school’s marketing department, said the following:

“Volkies welcomes Ms Magudulela as a student-teacher and wishes her all the best with her studies!”
