ESTCOURT KZN: Sleeping child disappears from home
His grandmother left the house to warm a meal and when she returned at about 20:00 the child was missing
A search is on to locate ten-year-old Ayabulela Abongwe Kubheka who went missing from his home in Loskop on the evening of December 17.
According to police, Abongwe was in the care of his grandmother and was last seen asleep at home in the Nyezane area.
His grandmother left the house to warm a meal and when she returned at about 20:00 the child was missing.
“At the time of his disappearance, Abongwe was wearing a pink short pants and a navy blue shirt. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Abongwe is urged to contact Sergeant Buthelezi on 036 488 1024 or on 078 904 1465. Alternatively use the toll free 1011 number,” said police spokesperson Warrant Officer Basheer Khan.
