One dead in ‘Airport road’ taxi collision

Several patients were treated at the scene.

One person has dead and multiple others were injured in a collision on the P483 (Airport road).

According to sources, two taxis collided yesterday afternoon (December 17).

Paramedics at the scene reported treating multiple people for minor to moderate injuries.

Some patients were taken to hospital to receive further medical care.

Sadly, one person was declared dead at the scene.

At this stage, no official cause of the collision has been confirmed by relevant authorities.
