Employee tests Covid-19 positive at police station

The station will be decontaminated and will open again tomorrow

A staff member at Ladysmith police station tested positive for Covid-19 this morning (December 8).

The police station, excluding the Community Service Centre (CSC), is currently closed for decontamination. 

The offices will open again tomorrow morning (December 9). 

The other employees are going for testing at the moment.  

Residents are urged to take precautions as we enter the fourth wave of Covid-19.
